Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups Chex cereal rice or corn
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups powdered sugar
  • Pink and red Valentine’s sprinkles

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  2. Place Chex cereal in a large bowl. Pour melted chocolate mixture over cereal and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag. Add powdered sugar and shake until well coated.
  4. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with Valentine’s sprinkles while still slightly sticky to adhere.
  6. Serve in bowls or bag for gifting.

Notes
