- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Place Chex cereal in a large bowl. Pour melted chocolate mixture over cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag. Add powdered sugar and shake until well coated.
- Spread onto a baking sheet to cool for 10–15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Valentine’s sprinkles while still slightly sticky to adhere.
- Serve in bowls or bag for gifting.
Notes
Use white chocolate chips for a pink or red variation.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Add candy hearts or mini M&Ms for extra festive fun.
