Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp oil for pan-frying
  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tsp sriracha adjust to heat preference
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Sliders
  • 12 slider buns toasted
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • Optional: sliced pickles or green onions

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces if using breasts.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, then coat with panko.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder.
  6. Toss cooked chicken in the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Assemble sliders: place shredded lettuce on buns, top with sauced chicken, and garnish with optional toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for your preferred heat level.
Bake chicken in the oven at 400°F for 15–20 minutes instead of frying for a lighter version.
