1️⃣ Cook Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
2️⃣ Cook Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Season sliced Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and zest. Stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Combine Everything
- Add pasta and chicken back into the pan. Toss to coat.
- Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
- Top with parsley, extra Parmesan, and a squeeze of fresh Lemon.
