1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Add chicken and toss until fully coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare Skewers
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers evenly. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20–30 minutes first.
3️⃣ Grill
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
4️⃣ Finish & Serve
- Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve hot with ranch dip.
