Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • lbs chicken breast cut into bite-size cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika for deeper flavor
  • Pinch of chili flakes for heat

Method
 

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken and toss until fully coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare Skewers
  1. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers evenly. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20–30 minutes first.
3️⃣ Grill
  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
4️⃣ Finish & Serve
  1. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve hot with ranch dip.
