- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or large ovenproof skillet.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and paprika. Cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in ketchup (if using) and chopped pickles. Cook for 1–2 more minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
- Transfer the beef mixture to your baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Pour egg-cream mixture over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Top with shredded lettuce, more pickles, sesame seeds, or drizzle with Big Mac–style sauce if desired.
Notes
Want the full Big Mac experience? Add a layer of low-carb buns or crescent dough underneath before baking.
Make it keto by skipping the ketchup or using sugar-free versions.
