Ingredients
  

For the base:
  • 1 can 8 oz crescent roll dough sheet (or 8 triangles sealed together)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
For the glaze:
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 tbsp milk or cream
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, roll out crescent dough into a rectangle or circle. Seal seams if using triangle rolls.
  3. Brush the dough with melted butter.
  4. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the dough.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  6. While baking, whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth.
  7. Let pizza cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle glaze on top.
  8. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Add chopped nuts or a cream cheese swirl for variation.
Substitute crescent dough with puff pastry for extra crispiness.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a full dessert!
