- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture and some cheese into the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully fold edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parmesan. Brush generously over each bomb.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
Try adding chopped pickles or cooked bacon inside for a fun twist.
Swap cheddar for pepper jack or mozzarella for different flavors.
Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
