Ingredients
  

For the bombs:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or American slices, cut up
  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
For the garlic parmesan topping:
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture and some cheese into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Carefully fold edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  7. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parmesan. Brush generously over each bomb.
  9. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Optional: Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

Try adding chopped pickles or cooked bacon inside for a fun twist.
Swap cheddar for pepper jack or mozzarella for different flavors.
Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
