- Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers or keep loose for grilling.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and opaque.
- While shrimp cook, combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Brush grilled shrimp generously with seasoned butter.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
