Toppings
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or seasoned shredded chicken
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with cheese, cooked meat, bacon, and jalapeños.
  5. Return to oven and bake 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
