- Add shredded chicken to the bottom of the crock pot.
- Top with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch (or blue cheese), and butter if using.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2β3 hours or HIGH for 1β1Β½ hours, stirring occasionally.
- Stir until completely melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust spice level as needed.
- Garnish with green onions or extra cheese before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne or hot sauce.
Keep warm in the crock pot during parties.
Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, crackers, or toasted bread.
