Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Β½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ΒΌ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tbsp butter optional, for extra richness
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions extra shredded cheese, crumbled blue cheese

Method
 

  1. Add shredded chicken to the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Top with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch (or blue cheese), and butter if using.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1Β½ hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir until completely melted and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust spice level as needed.
  6. Garnish with green onions or extra cheese before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
