Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage mild or spicy
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick or all-purpose flour
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, shredded cheddar, and Bisquick until well mixed.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

Mild sausage keeps it kid-friendly; use spicy sausage for extra kick.
For easier rolling, chill mixture for 10–15 minutes before forming balls.
