- Combine dry ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, M&Ms, and peanuts.
- Melt white chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Mix and coat
- Pour melted white chocolate over the dry mix. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread and set
- Spread mixture out on parchment or wax paper. Add sprinkles if desired. Let it set at room temperature (or chill for 15 minutes).
- Break and store
- Once hardened, break into chunks and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Customize with other add-ins like Cheerios, toffee bits, crushed peppermint, or mini marshmallows.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
Avoid using candy melts with palm oil if you want the mix to stay soft longer.
