Christmas Crack, also known as White Chocolate Chex Mix, is a sweet and crunchy no-bake snack loaded with cereal, pretzels, M&Ms, and coated in silky white chocolate. It’s perfect for gift-giving, parties, or just munching by the handful!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 5 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups holiday M&Ms
  • cups dry roasted peanuts or almonds/cashews
  • 24 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Optional: red & green sprinkles

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Silicone spatula
  • Parchment paper or baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, M&Ms, and peanuts.
  3. Melt white chocolate
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth.
  5. Mix and coat
  6. Pour melted white chocolate over the dry mix. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Spread and set
  8. Spread mixture out on parchment or wax paper. Add sprinkles if desired. Let it set at room temperature (or chill for 15 minutes).
  9. Break and store
  10. Once hardened, break into chunks and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Customize with other add-ins like Cheerios, toffee bits, crushed peppermint, or mini marshmallows.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
Avoid using candy melts with palm oil if you want the mix to stay soft longer.
