  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 12 oz milk or dark chocolate chips optional – for variety
  • Red green, and white holiday sprinkles
  • Optional: crushed peppermint mini M&Ms, holiday-colored candy melts

  • Parchment or wax paper

Method
 

  1. Prepare trays
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  3. Melt chocolate
  4. In microwave-safe bowls, melt chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip pretzels
  6. Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted chocolate. Gently tap to remove excess.
  7. Decorate
  8. Immediately add sprinkles, crushed candy, or drizzle with colored chocolate before the coating sets.
  9. Cool and set
  10. Lay pretzels flat on the lined tray and let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results (about 30 minutes).
