Ingredients
  

  • 1 30 oz bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk whole or 2%
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions sliced (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer Potatoes – Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Add Bacon & Cheese – Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella over the potatoes.
  4. Mix Custard – In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake – Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Serve – Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions.
