- Add Bacon & Cheese – Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella over the potatoes.
- Mix Custard – In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the casserole.
- Bake – Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Serve – Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions.
