Method
- Add potatoes, sausage, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, broth, and Old Bay to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on **LOW for 4 hours** or until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Add corn and shrimp during the **last 20–30 minutes** of cooking.
- Once shrimp is pink and cooked through, taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges, butter, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Add 1 tsp crushed red pepper for a spicy kick. You can swap water for broth, but broth adds more flavor. Don’t overcook shrimp — add them just before serving. For easier cleanup, use a slow cooker liner.
