Ingredients
  

Green Detox Smoothie (Classic Option):
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 apple chopped
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger ½ inch, peeled
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 cup coconut water or plain water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
Tropical Detox Smoothie (Sweet & Bright):
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange peeled
  • ½ banana
  • ½ carrot chopped
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Knife and chopping board
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients for your chosen smoothie into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding a little honey or stevia (optional).
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Add a handful of ice for a chilled, frosty smoothie.
For extra protein, add a scoop of plant-based or whey protein powder.
Fresh ginger and lemon give a powerful detox boost—adjust the amount to taste.
These smoothies are best enjoyed right away, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
