Method
Prepare the Yogurt Base
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread & Layer
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the sheet, about ¼–½ inch thick.
Add Toppings
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, candies, and any optional toppings evenly over the yogurt layer. Gently press them in so they stick.
Freeze
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the bark is firm.
Break & Serve
- Remove from the freezer and break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Make ahead: This bark can be made a few days in advance and stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Flavor variations: Add pumpkin spice, cinnamon, or cocoa powder to the yogurt for seasonal flair.
Kid-friendly fun: Let kids decorate their own bark with candies and sprinkles.
Serving tip: Keep frozen until ready to serve for the best texture — it softens quickly at room temperature.
