Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup colorful candies sprinkles, or crushed candy bars
  • Optional: ¼ cup crushed nuts

Method
 

Prepare the Yogurt Base
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread & Layer
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the sheet, about ¼–½ inch thick.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, candies, and any optional toppings evenly over the yogurt layer. Gently press them in so they stick.
Freeze
  1. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the bark is firm.
Break & Serve
  1. Remove from the freezer and break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
