Gyoza Soup – Cozy, Savory, and Comforting

Gyoza Soup is the ultimate comfort dish—savory broth loaded with tender dumplings (gyoza), fresh vegetables, and a hint of sesame and soy. It’s light yet filling, perfect for chilly evenings or a quick weeknight meal. With store-bought gyoza, this soup comes together in minutes, but it tastes like you simmered it all day!

Notes

Use store-bought frozen gyoza for ease, or homemade if you want extra flavor.
Can swap napa cabbage with bok choy or spinach.
For a heartier meal, add noodles before serving.
Spice lovers: stir in a spoonful of miso paste or gochujang for depth.
