Ingredients
  

  • Orange Layer:
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree or frozen mango
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Green Layer:
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup apple juice or orange juice
  • Purple Layer:
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 –2 tsp honey optional
  • Optional: whipped cream mini candy eyes, or sprinkles for decoration

  • Blender
  • Small shot glasses or mini cups
  • Spoon or small spatula

Method
 

Blend Each Layer
  1. Orange: Blend pumpkin (or mango) with orange juice and honey until smooth.
  2. Green: Blend spinach/kale with banana and juice until creamy.
  3. Purple: Blend blueberries with Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
Layer the Shots
  1. Pour each layer carefully into shot glasses. Freeze 5–10 minutes between layers to prevent mixing.
Decorate
  1. Top with whipped cream, candy eyes, or sprinkles for a fun Halloween look.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately for a colorful, healthy Halloween snack!
