Ingredients
  

  • 8 plain rice cakes round or square
  • ½ cup peanut butter almond butter, or sunflower seed butter
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 16 candy eyes 2 per mummy
  • Optional: drizzle of dark chocolate for extra “spooky” effect

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl (for melting chocolate)
  • Piping bag (optional)
  • Plate or tray for assembling

Method
 

Spread the Base
  1. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter (or alternative spread) evenly over each rice cake.
Add the “Mummy Wraps”
  1. Using a spoon or piping bag, drizzle melted white chocolate in horizontal lines across each rice cake to resemble mummy bandages. Let the chocolate set slightly.
Add the Eyes
  1. Place two candy eyes near the top center of each rice cake on the peanut butter. Press gently so they stick.
Optional Decoration
  1. Drizzle a little dark chocolate over the top for extra spooky effect or fun details.
Serve
  1. Place on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate briefly to set the chocolate before serving.
