- Crush OREOs
- In a food processor, pulse OREOs (with filling) into fine crumbs.
- Mix with cream cheese
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Shape into balls
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Dip in white chocolate
- Melt white chocolate until smooth. Dip each ball and place back on parchment.
- Decorate snowman faces
- Once chocolate is set slightly, use decorating gel for eyes and mouth, orange sprinkle for nose, and optional buttons.
- Let set completely
- Chill again until chocolate is firm. Store in the fridge.
Notes
Work quickly when decorating before the chocolate fully hardens.
Use black sugar pearls instead of gel for a cleaner look.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
