Ingredients

  • 36 OREO cookies 1 standard package
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • Black decorating gel or edible marker for eyes & mouth
  • Orange sprinkle or candy for nose — like a mini heart sprinkle or orange jimmy
  • Mini chocolate chips or black pearls optional for buttons

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork or dipping tool
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Crush OREOs
  2. In a food processor, pulse OREOs (with filling) into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix with cream cheese
  4. Add softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Shape into balls
  6. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  7. Dip in white chocolate
  8. Melt white chocolate until smooth. Dip each ball and place back on parchment.
  9. Decorate snowman faces
  10. Once chocolate is set slightly, use decorating gel for eyes and mouth, orange sprinkle for nose, and optional buttons.
  11. Let set completely
  12. Chill again until chocolate is firm. Store in the fridge.

Notes

Work quickly when decorating before the chocolate fully hardens.
Use black sugar pearls instead of gel for a cleaner look.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
