Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup nut butter peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon + nutmeg
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds flaxseeds, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts for extra texture and nutrition.

Method
 

Mix the Base
