Preheat Oven:
- 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Mix Ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until smooth and well combined.
Bake:
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake 18–20 minutes until hot and bubbly, with lightly golden top.
Serve:
- Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies.
Notes
Make ahead: Assemble the dip and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
Add extra cheese on top for a golden crust.
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.
