Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Mix Ingredients:
  1. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until smooth and well combined.
Bake:
  1. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake 18–20 minutes until hot and bubbly, with lightly golden top.
Serve:
  1. Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Make ahead: Assemble the dip and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
Add extra cheese on top for a golden crust.
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.
