Prepare a baking sheet
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
Melt the white chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.
Dip the pretzels
- Using a fork or dipping tool, dip pretzels into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
Decorate
- Place dipped pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet. If desired, immediately sprinkle with toppings before the chocolate sets.
Set the coating
- Refrigerate or let stand at room temperature until the chocolate hardens (about 10 minutes in the fridge).
Serve or store
- Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Notes
Use candy melts if you want brighter white color and easier melting.
Add festive sprinkles for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or birthdays.
Drizzle with dark or milk chocolate for a two-tone effect.
