1️⃣ Make the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, pineapple juice, garlic, paprika, pepper, and brown sugar.
2️⃣ Marinate the Pork
- Add pork cubes to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1–4 hours for best flavor.
3️⃣ Assemble Skewers
- Thread pork, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto skewers.
4️⃣ Grill
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Cook skewers for 10–15 minutes, turning every few minutes until pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
5️⃣ Glaze & Finish
- Brush with extra BBQ sauce during the last 2–3 minutes of grilling for a sticky glaze.
