- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Layer ham and cheese over the rolls, then top with the top half of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 3–5 minutes for lightly toasted tops.
- Serve warm.
